This bare frame can be the foundation of several bikes - lightweight wheels, skinny tires, and you've got an all-day Cross Country machine. Or go the other direction with fat rubber, dropper seatpost, and you've got an all-mountain machine that can handle any terrain.
The Yeti 575 has been a best- seller at JensonUSA for many years now. Yeti designed a bike that is not only lightweight, but has loads of travel. This extremely versatile bike allows you to easily climb steep terrain, and take the gnarly course back down the mountain. If you only have one mountain bike in the garage, ensure that you have the Yeti 575, the do-it-all, go anywhere mountain bike. Though the 575 has been Yeti’s flagship model for many years now, it has received some very impressive upgrades over the years. Most notably, last year Yeti began hydro- forming the main pivot junction to increase the stiffness and clearance. Other notable changes include a direct mount front derailleur, ISCG ’03 tabs, and cable stops for dropper seat posts. The 2013 model features a new custom butted rear triangle to increase the strength and stiffness of the rear, while maintaining the same weight.
