Electronic Communications Representative

Are your fingers calloused from constantly updating your Facebook and Twitter status from your mobile phone? Did you come of age in the dot-com era? Do you spend more time interfacing with friends online than in-person?

If so, we have a position for you. We're looking for a cycling enthusiast comfortable with the way today's internet user communicates, including online chat, email, text messaging and more.

As a member of our customer service team, you'll support our online customers with technical and fit advice, assist with returns and exchanges, package tracking, and order status; using advanced media like online chat tools (Yahoo Messenger, MSN etc), as well as more traditional communication tools like email.

No background in the bicycle industry is required, however, a passion for cycling is a must. In addition to the expertise with digital communication tools, you'll need familiarity with common office tools like Microsoft Windows, Office, and Outlook, a web browser, and so on.

This position is located at our Ontario, California USA headquarters.

Service Tech

Jenson USA's Corona, California Superstore is currently seeking a Service Tech.

As a member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for building bikes, tuneups, wheel trues, and other component-specific services like brake bleed and suspension fork installs.

If you're comfortable around the workbench and have a good handle on servicing today's cycling technology, we'd like to hear from you.

Previous bicycle shop experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Inventory Analyst

Job Description

• Conduct standard replenishment processes
• Reflect business trends and company goals
• Managing inventory levels at multiple warehouse locations (Work on developing policies & procedure for converting special order items into stocked items)
• Analysis of excess inventory
• Work closely with vendors, sales and staff to ensure accurate and timely order processing
• Analyze item usage to maintain inventory levels & profitability
• Category Analysis, catagory growth
• Product offering expansion
• Review, analyze, correct and report on discrepancies

Job Requirements

• Strong Computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong planning, organizational, math and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and remain detail oriented
• Must be a proactive problem-solver with good follow-through

Bicycle Assemblers
Bicycle assemblers are responsible for the professional assembly of boxed bicycles for our mail order customers and retail stores. You will also perform custom builds for customers based on the components of their choice:
