JensonUSA ships to many countries around the world. If you are an International customer you may order on-line, by phone or by fax. For us to correctly process your order, you will be asked to provide additional identification. You will be contacted by email in regards to these requirements. We understand that some of these procedures might feel restrictive, but due to the high risk of fraud with international orders we have had to implement these procedures. To continue to serve our international customers, JensonUSA thoroughly investigates and checks all international orders for fraud and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. We do not supply customs tax/duty information. Please contact you local customs office to find out what laws are applicable in your country.
Jenson USA includes customs forms for all international shipments. We list the actual value of the order's contents by product type. For example, orders containing both clothing and bike parts will all be listed as "bike parts".
All Canadian orders are shipped via UPS International. Times in transit are often as fast as 1-2 days, and guaranteed within 5 business days.
We collect GST/PST at checkout and pay them on your behalf. There are no brokerage charges, import duty, or customs charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you will pay, with nothing due at delivery!

Just add the items you would like to your shopping cart and towards the bottom of the shopping cart you can select the destination country and we will provide you the cost to ship the items in your shopping cart to the selected country.
Jenson USA accepts payment with Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Cashiers Check. We also accept International Bank wire transfer. Please contact Customer Service for further instructions.
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information.
Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Your credit card will be billed in US dollars and your credit card company will bill you with your home currency at the current exchange rate.
Due to high risk and/or shipping costs, JensonUSA does not ship to some countries. We will e-mail you if we are unable to ship to your country. Currently, we do not ship to Nigeria or Somalia.
If UPS cannot complete delivery for any reason under your control (incorrect address, failure to pay duties and taxes, illegal to import the items you've selected into your country, etc.) the shipment will be returned to Jenson USA. Because the cost of returning an international shipment can be substantial, we urge you to make prompt arrangements to take delivery of the items you have ordered.
If a shipment is returned to Jenson USA, you are responsible for duties and taxes imposed by your government, as well as return freight. The cost of return freight will be calculated at 125% of the amount of freight charged on the original shipment. We will charge these fees to your credit card, unless you contact us to make other arrangements. When the shipment is returned to Jenson USA, we will issue a refund for the merchandise, but not any shipping charges.
