E-Commerce Fraud Prevention Specialist

The Fraud Analyst performs analysis of high-risk purchases/transactions, to identify unauthorized credit card use. Responsibilities include: With limited supervision, determine if transactions are fraudulent and should be canceled; are not fraudulent and should be processed; or, are unverifiable in which case the data must be analyzed and the transaction either canceled or processed following further review. Will frequently maintain various software and reports containing high-risk transactions originating on the JensonUSA.com website. Effectively manages incoming communication via multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) and resolves all issues within established service-level agreements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Independently determines if e-commerce transactions are fraudulent and should be canceled and refunded, or are legitimate and should be processed and fulfilled.
  • Works effectively with peers and leadership by communicating fraud trends and sharing ideas and information in a constructive and positive manner.
  • Reactively and proactively conducts analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known fraudulent activity.
  • Performs special projects in a timely manner, as requested.
  • Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Disputing and resolving all Chargebacks received (Amex, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal). Collecting chargeback data and entering it in to Excel and various fraud systems.
  • Verifying and notifying customers of declined orders (potential fraud, declines, additional order verification) in a way non-threatening way.
  • Assists in identification and escalation of software errors, fraud data, abnormalities and technical problems.
  • Able to quickly adapt to any change or altering of the position and/or department.

Accounts Payable Associate

The position provides lead direction for accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions and vendor account maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter invoices, paying close attention to discount dates and freight terms
  • Match inventory related invoices to purchase order receipts and resolve discrepancies

The qualified candidate will be responsible for supervising all accounting functions. The candidate must thrive in a multitasking environment with hands on responsibility for all accounting, risk management, as well as human resources needs.   • Manage company accounting such as general ledger, cash reporting, payroll, A/P, etc., on both a daily and long term basis

Will-Call Supervisor

The Will-Call Supervisor provides direction and instruction to the Will-Call Desk clerks during day to day operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Will-Call customers with order entry: manual entry of orders, guidance on using kiosks, etc
