Bought these levers to replace the cheap plastic ones that were falling apart on my olpran, ive never been happier, my only regret is that the levers are a bit short for where they have to be positioned.
Product Used For: 1 Month
Product Strengths:Awesome forged aluminum quality, sturdy, smooth lever action that isnt sloppy. Easy to adjust.
Product Weaknesses:Levers are a wee bit too short for users with grip shifters.

The lest two times I've went out I've had one break in half and bend. Granted I've taken some spills so maybe if you don't ride to hard then they might be fine, but I'd spend the extra money
Product Used For: 1 Year
Product Strengths:They work until you want to use them
Product Weaknesses:Brittle and bend

Overall experience is AWESOME. I put em' on two years ago, and since then, every time I've pulled them, my bike has stopped. What else can I say? They have adjustability, and they don't make any noise. They function as they are supposed to. They are a GREAT price.
Product Used For: 2 or More Years
Product Strengths:Awsome Brake Levers
My Bike:Haro Escape, heavily modified

Mark a XC Rider from Durango, Co United States writes:
They're OK, but they're not great. They're cheaply made, and it's obvious when the levers start rattling in the holders. If you want levers with limited adjustability that are cheap, and will pull cable - get these. I would personally spring for the AVID SD-7's.
Product Used For: 1 Year
Product Strengths:They're cheap and the work.
Product Weaknesses:Rattling. I can't stand the rattling! I replaced another set of cheap Avid SD1.2's with these, and get the same stinking lever rattle.
My Bike:Used with Avid BBDB
