Your eyes do not deceive you - this is a singlespeed ring for the Shimano XTR crank, one of the only on the market!  We were frustrated at the lack of a decent non-ramped ring for singlespeed use on the XTR 960 crank (most rings don't work due to the unusual BCD) so we went straight to Blackspire, makers of some of the coolest rings around!
