This chain makes me wish the PC 99 was still available. I don't know where or why sram skimped but it is clear they did.
Product Used For: 6 Months
Product Strengths:Reasonably light, seemed to be a decent chain
Product Weaknesses:When purchased I considered it an evolution of the PC-99. Nope. The PC-99 shifted great, and worked without a flaw. The 991 was put out of its misery today. It snapped on moderate uphill restart and I'm actually happy about it. This chain would ghost shift under torque in any of the middle gears on the cassette.
My Bike:Titus Switchblade with X0 rear der. XTR ft. der. fsa vdrive crank and sram cassette.
