Overall I love them. They are tough as nails, do not clog and are easy to use. I would recommend them to anyone.
Product Used For: 1 Month
Product Strengths:Ease of entry with these pedals is only topped by ease of exit. It's hard to understand, after trying this design, why SPD seems to be the popular choice. It's muddy 3/4 of the year where I live and these pedals shed (clay) mud much better than anything else I have found.
Product Weaknesses:It's extremely difficult to ride unless you are actually clipped in. You will have a harder time tossing on regular shoes and riding to the mailbox. Not a weakness in my opinion, I always ride clipped in, but I hear this argument a lot from friends.
Also, due to the popularity of SPD clips, you cannot always swap bikes to test ride if you are with a group. Personally it's not a real issue, everyone that I ride with seem to be converting rapidly to these pedals.

I have 10+ years of XC MTB experience. I have ridden both hard tail and full suspension bikes. My range of riding includes technical climbs and descents, single track and fire road.
Product Used For: 2 or More Years
Product Strengths:4 places to clip in (instead of the typical 2 like most pedals). Can clip in under the muddiest of conditions. Easy to clip in and out of under any condition. Simple design- brilliant! These pedals are way better than any other pedal I have ever used!
Product Weaknesses:Cant think of any...
My Bike:I have Eggbeater C's on my Giant Trance 2 (full suspension XC bike) and my Felt Z35 road bike.

I like the Eggbeaters because of the ease of entry and exit. And, they can take a beating. No contest, I'll buy these over Shimano anytime.
Product Used For: 3 Months
Product Strengths:These pedals are probably the best I've had to date. Easy to get into and easy to get out when you have to "bail". Unlike some of the Shimano clipless pedals I've had where I've had to almost kick myself out of the pedals.
Product Weaknesses:The only thing I don't like is that I have to keep a seperate pair of shoes with SPD clips to use when I go to "spin classes."
My Bike:the Eggbeaters are on a Cove steel hardtail (Handjob XC) with an all Shimano XT group.
