Just wave your thumb in the direction of the clicker and it'll change for you!
DO THE CABLE AT THE SAME TIME - the combination of the rollamajig and new cable will give your shifters a new lease on life.
Product Used For: 3 Months
Product Strengths:Super easy to install, 3 minutes with basic tools. If you are going to install one of these, don't be a tight arse, pay the extra $5 and get a new cable inner and outer at the same time. It won't perform miracles with a scratchy old cable. Once this is done, it's like having a power shifter.
Product Weaknesses:Haven't found any real negatives yet - only that i couldn't believe i hadn't done it earlier. I must for any of the LX XT style shimano deraillleurs.
My Bike:One on the NRS 1, one on the Gary Fisher Joshua F3, and even got one for the missus on the giant Cypress hybrid

I spent a fairly large amount of time and energy installing this. Considering that my shifting did not improve at all, I was quite dissapointed. I found that replacing the cable with a teflon coated cable improved my derallieur's performance more than the rollamajig did. But... to each his own.
Product Used For: 1 Month
Product Strengths:No performance strengths that I could see. Cheap.
Product Weaknesses:A real pain to set up. Not really worth it.
My Bike:Gary Fisher Mullet with Deore XT.

Big fan of all biking, very found of xc and free ride, go almost every day faithfuly, self taught mechanic and tech geek.
Product Used For: 1 Month
Product Strengths:When properly instaled this product removes the torque from shimano RD caused by the exsesive amount of cable housing these RDs require. This gives you smother shifts with less chatter. It helps the Shimano RD work more like a SRAM. And it must be relativly strong, my wife is very hard on her bike but we will have to see how long it can last.
Product Weaknesses:You can nolonger adjust the derailleur at Its' cable adjuster without misalining the Rollamajig. You must use the adjuster at the shifter. Not a real problem just a hard habit to break. Sram RDs don't even have cable adjusters.
My Bike:Schwin Moab DS3 (the wife's bike)

I liked the product so much I came back and bought 4 more for friends and for my hardtail bike. The problem this item sets out to address is corrected in the SRAM derailleurs - I'm sure this is one of the reasons they're becoming so popular.
Product Used For: 2 or More Years
Product Strengths:Awesome improvement in shifting performance, especially on FS frames where cable routing is complex. Don't see how you would break the rollamajig as it moves freely + would be able to get out of the way easily in a fall.
Product Weaknesses:Careful not to lose the small bits when installing/servicing.
My Bike:GT iDrive team 2.0.

Worth it with the free shipping, without free shipping price probably would have been too high for any real value. Also it came shipped in a huge envelope and this is a little item!
Product Used For: 1 Month
Product Strengths:Cheap, does slightly smooth uphill on power shiftring on Shimano Deore system.
Product Weaknesses:Not a huge difference, install was slightly more difficult than expected, my fault I don't yet know how to work on a mountain bike.
My Bike:'04 Marin Rocky Ridge
