Impossible to secure and stabilize stand. No tightening screws. Only a thin piece of metal that slides between the three tubes at the bottom. If tolerances are off, which they are, the stand will have play - lots of play. Mine sways side to side about 4.5 inches and front to back about 2 inches. This is the second stand I have received and both are plagued with the same defect. Would not recommend anyone purchasing this product. Save your money and buy a quality stand (Park) or hang a rope from the rafters in your garage and get the same results for $79 less. My advice - check it out in person. Relying an the previous 4 reviewers on this site led me to buy this piece of junk. Don't make the same mistake.
Product Used For: 1 Month
Product Weaknesses:Manufacturer sent me a replacement. Replacement sucks just as bad as the one sent by JensonUSA.

What this means is that your bike will wobble on the stand. This has nothing to do with tightening the clamp onto your frame. There are three tubes, when unfolded are joined together with a flat piece of metal. Simple enough - except there is no way to tighten or secure the three tubes together. With my 20lbs road bike on the stand, I can push my bike and watch it rock back and forth on the stand like a pendulum.
Called JensonUSA and was given the "no one has called with a problem like that" line. No surprises there - typical customer no-service response. Tried to call the manufacturer - they're all out of town! Wait to see if they'll be back next week. I'll try to post a video on youtube so you can watch the bike rock back and forth for yourself. Do not buy this product without assembling it first in the store. Don't even think of getting it through mail order. Buyer beware.
Product Used For: 1 Month
Product Weaknesses:Poor design. Lateral flex of almost five inches side to side. Two inches of lateral flex front to back. Customer support - on vacation! Seriously.

I am very happy with the stand. There are always times I wish I could adjust the height or keep the bike from turning on the arm, but I knew I wouldn't get that for what i was willing to pay. The stand is very solid and stable, and the savings in shop fees easily pay for it - besides the value of the pride that comes from maintaining your own bike!
Product Used For: 3 Months
Product Strengths:Very easy to set up or take down and compact when taken down. Holds bike well for ordinary maintenance, and it's pretty easy to get a bike in and out, as long as you can hold the bike up with one hand while you tighten (same as for any stand, I would think). The clamp grips the bike very well.
Product Weaknesses:Unless you tighten the arm to an extreme, the bike will tend to rotate so the front end drops until the arms is over the new center of gravity. This also means that any work that relies on the bike not rotating about the seatpost clamp can be harder. No height adjustment, but that is typical for a stand in this price range.
My Bike:'04 Giant Yukon, with most parts except the frame now upgraded.

Great for the money, it isn't a shop quality stand you aren't going to be working on bikes up side down and hammering BB's without the stand budging but great for general building and maintenance.
Product Used For: 1 Month
Product Strengths:Products biggest strength is the price point so when buying you have to take this in mind.
Clamp is pretty strong, but a bit tuff to use (ie have to hold bike up while you spin the handle a bit harder with the Dh big over the Road bike) Bit the clamping force is strong!
Compact, easy to store and robust system for collapsing legs.
This stand held my Bighit just fine! and was very stable with my biggest bike.
Product Weaknesses:Friction lock on rotation of clamp, aka when hammering out a Bottom bracket the bike may spin, and there is no height adjustment.
My Bike:Specialized Big hit, Indy fab beatstick, geekhouse SG-1, Schwin fastback (road bike) Felt F70 road bike.
