The 2017 Fox 36mm Performance series forks were reimagined with GRIP dampers featuring FIT sealed cartridge technology. These provide three on-the-fly compression damping positions-Open, Medium, and Firm along with micro-adjust between settings to adapt to undulating trail conditions. The low weight of the performance series permits gracefully-efficient climbing making this a no brainer for the riding enthusiast. The FLOAT Air spring has been updated to be lighter and to react with more sensitivity, giving the rider a superior ride and exceptional control. Just like the Fox FLOAT rear shocks, this fork has a positive and negative spring that equalize automatically and can be fine-tuned with volume spacers for that ultimate, dialed-in feel.

DT Swiss has released a new high engagement hub for trail and gravity riders.The new DEG hub still utilizes DT Swiss' ratchet system, but the ratchet itself is almost twice as big as the current ratchet in order to match the large hub shell of the new hub. The max number of teeth available used to be 54, but the new DEG ratchet has grown to 90 teeth, which provides 4º of engagement angle, greatly reducing the play between engagement points.
For 2025, Fox has come out swinging with an all-new lineup of forks and dampers. The new Grip X2, Grip X and Grip SL are replacing the outgoing Grip 2, Grip and Fit4 dampers which have provided amazing performance in Fox forks for years. There have been some pretty solid improvements in performance and longevity of this line of suspension and we're excited to share the information with you!
