Microshift Thumb Flat Bar 2X10 Shifters
The Microshift Thumb Flat Bar 2X10 Shifters will work with any Shimano-compatible 10-speed road bikes that are using flat bars, basically. Ergonomics don't quite match your other choices in this space, but that's understandable. The shifters are smooth, and allow up to four gear changes at once for the right side, or rear derailleur. The front derailleur also has a nice trim function, to prevent chain rubbing.

Rear shifts accurately. Front works fine, with the caveat below.
My only nit-pick is that these are sold as "2x10" shifters.
These are actually 3x10 shifters that can be made to work with 2x10. It says "3x10" right on the product packaging. That's fine, but it should be better noted.
There is something to be said for the flexibility of a shifter that can shift a triple or double, but there are some drawbacks when using it as a double.
If you set it up to use the low and middle shift points on the shifter (which is the far easier way to set it up), you risk some ham-fisted person trying to push the shifter too far and breaking something (probably the shifter). This would not be such an issue if it were like most other trigger shifters I've used where it is very clear when you have shifted up to the middle position (one full push of the trigger).
However, with this shifter it is less clear when you have shifted far enough. it takes a certain number of "clicks" (4 or 5?). It generally takes pressing the paddle twice to get the upshift, but it is not obvious how far to push it on the second push. You just have to go by feel of how hard the resistance is in deciding if you should go for one more "click".
Not an issue for me, but I am setting this up for someone with a bit less "finesse" than myself, and I was concerned about it.
I found setting it up to use the middle and top shifts better for this reason. Instead of pushing up against the high limit screw, they get to the end of the shifter's range of travel, which is much more obvious by feel. BUT it is more of a hassle to set it up this way, or to re-attach the shifter cable it is ever comes off.
Honestly, for the price, I am not going to complain too much. Had I known they were really 3x shifters, I would have still bought them. I just think it should have been more clear in the description.
I am using these with an XT 9 sp RD, 105 10 sp FD, and Truvativ 10 sp double 34/50 crank, 10 sp chain.
