The shoes to do it all, the Shimano WM24's are designed for a wide range of riding styles from trekking to casual riding. The upper is made of a multi-layer stretch-resistant synthetic leather with a classic lacing closure with a high range of adjustability and comfort. The shoelace keeper, will keep your laces tucked away and not flying in the wind. The flat insole offers comfort with the right amount of cushion at a while keeping things lightweight. The sole brings rigidity with glass fiber reinforced polyamide shank plate. The midsole and rubber sole enhance efficiency and comfort while you are enjoying your day.

Great shoes for Mountain Biking
I have the men version of these shoes and em very happy with them, so I got'em for my wife and she loved them. She had trouble clipping and un-clipping with her other shoes and she has no trouble at all with these shoes, plus she loves the style and color!

Can this shoe be used for the bikes in spin class?

BEST ANSWER: Absolutely! They accept Shimano SPD type cleats if you choose to clip in or you can just use them on regular flat pedals. The additional sole stiffness compared to non-cycling shoes will provide a full platform under your entire foot unlike a soft soled shoe, which tends to let the pedal be felt through the sole, causing pressure points and hot spots.
