It is important to use bike lights anytime you ride on the road. Lights increase your visibility and safety regardless if it’s day or night. Eighty percent on cycling collisions occur during the day, so turn on your lights anytime you step on the road. All lights come with mounts to attach them to either the handlebars or seat post. These mounts usually attach with an elastic strap or a tightening bolt. Sometimes these mounts break or you decided you want to attach the light to a different location. If this is the case, we offer a wide selection of bike light accessories including replacement mounts, mount adapters, charging cables, and external power packs.
With replacement mounts, it is important to buy a mount that is made by the same company that produces the light. Some companies even have different mounts for different lights so it is important to make sure your light and the mount you are buying are compatible. Unless otherwise specified, a new mount will come with everything you need to mount the light to your bike. If you only need a new elastic strap, some companies sell their straps individually.
Other mounts we have may not be replacement mounts, but they allow you to attach your light somewhere different than the original mount allows. These mounts may attach a certain light to your helmet, a head strap, or a rear rack.
Other light accessories include replacement charging cables, batteries, and external battery packs. You may need a replacement cable after yours gets lost or damaged. An external battery pack can be used to charge you light when no other charging source is nearby. Replacement batteries can be used on small battery powered lights that run out of juice.
