Jenson Insider - Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Jenson Insider Program is a limited-time designed to evaluate new pricing and incentive features for our customers. This program is available by invitation only, and participation is limited to a randomly selected group of existing Jenson USA customers.

By participating in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below. Jenson USA may modify or terminate the program at any time. Please read these Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) carefully. These Program Terms supplement and incorporate by reference the Jenson USA Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), which also apply to use of the program.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • You’ve been automatically enrolled as a member (“Member”) of the Jenson Insider program (the “Program”) as part of our limited-time program.
  • Participation is limited to customers who are randomly selected and invited by Jenson USA.
  • Invitations are delivered via email and/or displayed in your online account.
  • No application is necessary; if you receive the invitation, you are automatically included.
  • Participants must have an active JensonUSA.com account and be logged in to access benefits.
  • The program is open to U.S. residents 18+ only. Members are subject to all applicable guidelines, rules, and terms posted on the site in connection with the program.
  • Members must use the specific email address enrolled in the program. Participation signifies the Member’s acceptance of these Program Terms and the Jenson USA privacy policy.
  • By joining the program, you acknowledge that we may send you communications related to our products and services. You agree to receive these communications. Except for transactional messages (such as those needed to complete a purchase), you may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link in those emails.
  • Descriptive, typographic and photographic errors are subject to correction, and Jenson USA shall have no liability of any kind for such errors.
  • Jenson USA may, at its discretion, cancel, modify, limit, or end the program or any of its components at any time without advance notice.
  • Members are responsible for updating Jenson USA with any changes to their name, address, email, or account details. Members are also responsible for staying informed about the current terms and conditions of the program.

2. Program Structure

Eligible participants receive:

  • Automatic discounts on full-priced MAP items (no coupon required)
  • Discounts are only applied when logged in and are non-transferable.

3. Discounts & Limitations

  • Discounts apply only to eligible full-priced, in-stock MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) items exclusions apply.
  • Bikes and frames are excluded from this program.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupons unless explicitly stated.
  • Closeout and sale items do not qualify for additional discounts
  • Discounts have no cash value.

4. Usage Restrictions

  • Discounts are for personal non-commercial use only and cannot be applied to resale or bulk purchases
  • Jenson USA may revoke access at any time in cases of misuse, suspicious activity, or violation of program terms.
  • Jenson USA reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them. 

5. Duration & Evaluation

  • Once the period ends, access to special pricing and benefits will be discontinued unless otherwise communicated.
  • Participation in the does not ensure future access to discount or membership programs.

6. Additional Participation Qualifications
