In the midst of competition you need to be razor focused, you can't afford to be weighed down by a cumbersome helmet that reduces mobility and makes you feel like a bobblehead. The Fox Proframe Helmet was designed from the dirt up to be the lightest full-face helmet that Fox has ever produced. At a lean 750 grams, the Proframe will allow you to easily hold your head up to scope out the trail ahead of you. You may even forget you're wearing it. Although light on weight, the Proframe is heavy on protection. The VARIZORB EPS foam inner shell provides high shock absorption by using multiple densities of cone-shaped EPS foam. On top of that, the Proframe utilizes MIPS technology to further protect the brain by reducing the rotational forces that occur during a crash. Advanced molding allows the shock absorbing inner shell to be securely fused to the robust polycarbonate shell making a helmet that is significantly lighter and better ventilated. Twenty-four big bore vents channel air through the helmet for maximum cooling, helping to prevent premature exhaustion.

With a cloth measuring tape, find your heads circumference just above the ears.
