Official Rules – Jenson USA Over $2k Ultimate Camp Giveaway

SPONSOR:

This Jenson USA Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by R.C. Jenson, Inc (“Sponsor”). It is not sponsored by any of the brands included in the prize package.

OFFICIAL RULES:

These are the official rules (“Official Rules”) for the Promotion. Participation in this Promotion is expressly subject to and governed by these Official Rules. By entering or otherwise participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound fully and unconditionally by these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion, and to comply with all applicable rules and regulations. Sponsor has the right to reject and disqualify any participant for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion, including, for example, if the Sponsor determines that your entry fails to meet the requirements set forth in these Official Rules or is inconsistent with the image, reputation, or policies of the Sponsor. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who, through speech, actions, or content posted online or otherwise, engages in or promotes conduct inconsistent with the values of Sponsor, including discrimination, violence, hate speech, or defamatory behavior. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Promotion is open only to individuals who: (a) are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands); and (b) have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Jenson USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or individuals living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER:

There are two methods of entry: 1. Visit https://www.jensonusa.com/special-offers/ultimate-camp-giveaway during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form. 2. Send an email to marketing@jensonusa.com with the subject line: “May Ultimate Camp Giveaway (Marketing Department)” and include your full name, the name of the giveaway promotion (“Monthly Giveaway”), and confirmation that you agree to the Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries accepted. Each valid entry will result in one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Data rates may apply if entering from a mobile device. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete or noncompliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PROMOTION PERIOD AND DRAWING OF WINNERS:

The Promotion begins at 12:00am PST on May 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59pm PST on June 9, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. The drawing will take place within fourteen (14) days after the close of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s clock will be the official time-keeping device. Winner will be notified by email. If potential winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to respond within three (3) days, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,511. Prize specifics will be listed on the official giveaway page at the start of the Promotion Period. No cash or other prize substitutions permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any item of equal or greater value if any prize element is unavailable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the prize. A W-9 and/or valid social security number may be required.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The potential Winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within three (3) calendar days to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. If the potential Winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required timeframe, is deemed ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. Winner is not official until eligibility is confirmed and Sponsor’s verification is complete.

REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS & DISCLAIMERS:

By entering, participants agree to: - Be bound by these Official Rules; - Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or the use/misuse of the prize; - Allow the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; - Grant to Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute any entry content, including names, images, text, and likeness, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional or other lawful purposes. Participants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify entrants who engage in or promote hate speech, discrimination, defamation, or other conduct inconsistent with its brand values. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize. Participants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages or any right to have damages multiplied or increased, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

PRIVACY:

Information collected from entrants is subject to Jenson USA’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.jensonusa.com/our-culture/help-desk/privacy. Personal information may be stored or processed outside the state of collection. Entrants may request not to have their information used for administration of this Promotion, in which case they will be disqualified.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical issues that may interfere with entry or promotion operation. Sponsor is also not responsible for printing, typographical, human, or other errors relating to or in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Promotion.
