Full-suspension bikes don't have to be the only bikes that have fun on the trails. Hardtails are becoming more capable and more aggressive, making them perfect for all-mountain riding. The Norco Torrent Hardtail S2 Bike has a longer reach, slacker head tube angle, and steep seat tube angle that provides a more forward weight distribution within a longer wheelbase. This allows more powerful pedaling, increased climbing traction, and added grip and control when descending. The frame is double-butted chromoly steel that rides excellently and lively and the frame is optimized for a 150mm travel fork on the front.

The S2 version of the Norco Torrent Hardtail comes with a SRAM SX Eagle 1x12-speed drivetrain. This drivetrain includes a SRAM PG-1210 Eagle cassette with a hill-crushing 11-50-tooth gear range that makes climbing a breeze and riding in rough terrain easier. The TRP G-Spec Trail S hydraulic disc brakes provide confidence-inspiring stopping power so you can descend the steeper hills with ease. When it comes to descending and climbing, the X-Fusion Manic dropper post quickly lifts and lowers your saddle without the need to dismount the bike, so you can climb efficiently and descend with a lower center of gravity. E*13 LG1 tubeless rims are paired with Maxxis Assegai tubeless tires for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats.
