Knipex Pneumatic Hose Cutter

Clean Cuts, No Guesswork

Anyone who has wrestled a utility knife through pneumatic or multilayer hydraulic hose knows the problem: ragged cuts, canted angles, and hose that won't seat properly in fittings afterward. This cutter solves that. A wide universal support base automatically aligns hoses at right angles to the blade before the cut happens, so you get a square, clean end every time without clamping, marking, or second-guessing. Low cutting force and an automatic spring-opening mechanism keep it easy on your hands even through a long day of work. When the blade wears, a replaceable blade keeps the tool in service rather than replacing the whole cutter.

Features

  • Cutting capacity Ø 4–20 mm (up to 3/4" OD) handles the full range of liquid, multilayer, and pneumatic hoses and pipes commonly available on the market
  • Universal support base with right-angle alignment positions hoses squarely to the blade automatically for a consistent, clean cut every time
  • High-strength special grade steel blade, oil-hardened and tempered delivers durable cutting performance through repeated use
  • Opening spring and locking device reduces hand fatigue and keeps the tool secure and ready between cuts
  • Replaceable blade (spare part 90 29 01) extends tool service life without replacing the full cutter
  • Fiberglass-reinforced plastic handles ergonomically shaped for comfort during continuous use
  • 7 1/4" overall length, 0.39 lbs. compact and light enough to keep in a tool pouch or bag without bulk
  • Not suitable for cutting cables purpose-built for hose work only
