Placing an order.

We have several methods for you to place an order with us.

  • Website: Available 24 hours a day.
  • Phone: Call 951-234-7554 to talk to a Gear Advisor Pro, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm (PST)
  • Retail: Located in Southern California, our Corona retail location is here to serve your bicycle needs. Click here for hours of operation and for directions.
  • Will Call: Attached to our Southern California distribution center in Riverside, your orders are quickly made available for you to pick up. Click here for hours of operation.

 After you place an order on our website or over the phone, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. A second email will be delivered once your order is shipped and will include your tracking number. Keep both emails as they are receipts and tracking info.

Payment Process

Credit or Debit Cards:

  • At the time an order is placed, a pre-authorization for the order total will reflect on your account.
  • We will not deduct any amount from your card until your order ships.
  • We do not charge for any item(s) that do not ship, including back-ordered item(s).

Paypal:

  • Payment in full is captured at the time an order is completed through checkout.
  • Any back-ordered or preordered item(s) will be charged at the time of checkout.

Pricematching

Price match requests on most items can be processed instantly using our Instant Price Match feature. There's no need to wait for a follow-up email or call us. 

How do I request a Price Match?

  1.  Click on the 'Found a Lower Price? Request a Price Match' link found on each product page.
  1. Complete the form that comes up and then click the SUBMIT button when done.

We strive to get you the gear you want at a competitive price. If you find an item we offer from a competitor at a lower price, let us know. We will do our best to instantly match their price. 

To qualify for the Price Match, your purchase must meet the following conditions:

  • Price Matches may only be honored on an identical item(s). The product must be the same make and model (i.e., the same size, color, year, etc.).
  • The identical items must be in stock and ready for immediate delivery from the competing dealer.
  • Price Matching voids any currently advertised Jenson USA promotions or special offers (i.e., free shipping, free headset). If the competitor offers free shipping on the specific item, Jenson USA will still match the price and free shipping offer.
  • The product must be brand new. We do not Price Match refurbished or used items.
  • Our Price Match Policy is valid only for qualified Internet retailers.
  • The competing dealer must be an authorized US retailer for the brand. This means that the manufacturer lists this dealer as an authorized and official retail website.
  • The competing online retailer's principal business must be located within the United States.
  • Our Price Match Policy does not combine with any competitor’s coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-combo deals on your order(s).
  • Some items may not be eligible for price match due to manufacturer pricing requirements.
  • The Price Match Policy is subject to change at any time.

Pricing Errors

A certain number of typos and pricing errors in our website and advertisements are inevitable. We make every attempt to keep all images on the website current and correct. We apologize to the customer for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you find an error.

Note: an order confirmation received via email is not an acceptance and does not create a contract; we reserve the right to inspect all orders for accuracy prior to fulfillment. Jenson USA reserves the right to cancel your order if a pricing error has been made.

It’s impossible to always have identical pricing in all venues. This is due to the different publication dates and lead times for the magazines, web banners, and other places where we advertise. We do our best to minimize any confusion. We’re happy to sell any item at the lowest price you find advertised in any channel, just ask.
