JENSON USA WARRANTY POLICY AND PROCESS

 

WARRANTIES

When it comes to riding bikes, riders range from weekend cruisers to full-on shredders. Whatever type of rider you are, as the miles add up on your bike the likelihood of an issue occurring also increases. Consistent and timely maintenance will keep your bike rolling smoothly and cue you into any potential issues. Manufacturers understand the abuse of hard riding that their products will see and design them to perform consistently for their intended use. These manufacturers provide a warranty against defects and errors of workmanship. All new products sold by Jenson USA are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. Ultimately, the brands will determine eligibility for all warranty claims.

 

BRAND WARRANTIES

Some manufacturers prefer to work directly with customers to expedite the process even more. We don’t want to slow any warranties down, so we’ve put together the list below of brands that will work directly with you. Click on the brand links below to go direct to their warranty page. JENSON USA WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

Step 1


Check the possible eligibility of the damage for warranty coverage. Here are a few things that are NOT covered by warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear that results from standard use over time.
  • Damage from improper care or lack of maintenance
  • Damage as a result of a crash or impact with an object
  • Damage due to improper installation of products or use other than the intended purpose of the item
  • Warranty does not cover any items, accessories, or hardware that is lost AFTER you receive your products from Jenson USA
  • Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the original owner

Step 2


Fill out the Warranty Request Form.

This online form is designed to simplify and expedite the warranty process for you, but if you have any questions, our Gear Advisor are ready to help. Just give us a call at 888.880.3811.

Step 3


Please retain possession of the item. We will be in touch with you within 24hrs with further instructions regarding how the manufacturer wishes your warranty to proceed. *If a manufacturer request the warranty item to be shipped to them or Jenson USA, the return shipping for warranty claims is the responsibility of the buyer.

We know that you’re anxious to get back out to ride, and we will do everything we can to expedite the warranty process. Warranties are the sole discretion of the manufacturers and can take a significant time to complete. Please be patient throughout this process. Please note that Jenson USA does not make the final decision in manufacturer warranty matters. It is the manufacturer’s decision whether a product meets the warranty qualifications.
