When it comes to your pedaling power, one way to increase it is to use an oval chainring. Oval Chainrings put down maximum power at the peak of your pedal stroke. This allows you to blast up and over technical terrain. The 5Dev 8-Bolt Oval Chainring is made of 7075 aluminum and comes in a 12% ovality. It is compatible with SRAM 8-bolt direct mount cranks and fits both SRAM and Shimano 12-speed chains as well as T-Type chains.
