Installing new brakes has never been easier. The Foundation Hydraulic Hose Cutter efficiently cuts through hydraulic disc brake cables so you can get the perfect length you need for your bike. The cutters feature a rubberized handle grip and when you are all done with them they conveniently close and lock shut with the built-in locking feature.
