The Fox 38 E-Bike Factory fork is Fox’s top tier and big hitting E-MTB fork that’s designed to handle the biggest, most challenging, and most technical descents. Unlike the standard Fox 38 Factory, the E-BIKE edition features a reinforced chassis to handle the torque and weight of an E-MTB. It also features a tuned suspension platform that has been optimized to handle the additional weight and riding characteristics of E-MTB’s. Outside of the optimizations, the Fox 38 E-Bike fork features all of the same elite level features and performance of the standard Fox 38 Factory. The recently redesigned lower leg arch features an unparalleled stiffness-to-weight ratio, resulting in an incredibly light design that doesn’t skimp on strength or stiffness. Lower leg bleeder ports allow you to equalize pressure in the fork at the push of a button. The ingenious lower leg bypass channels reduce unintentional pressure ramping and help to circulate lower leg bath oil into the upper section of the lower legs. An elliptical steerer keeps weight to a minimum without affecting stiffness. Just like the standard Fox 38 Factory, the E-BIKE version utilizes everyone’s favorite damper, the GRIP2 damper. The GRIP2 damper paired with variable valve control allows for an incredible amount of adjustment and tuning. Fox’s FLOAT EVOL air spring makes a return and continues to offer excellent mid-stroke support. As with every other factory level fork, the Fox 38 E-Bike fork features genuine Kashima coating which keeps the suspension buttery smooth and looks darn good.
