When it comes to cross-country riding, many riders want a bike that is ultra-light and stiff so they can climb as fast as possible and sprint when needed. XC bikes are perfect for racing and all-day adventures. The Orbea Alma M50 Bike is built for riders who want to push their limits and ride farther. The Alma has an OMR carbon frame that uses 100mm of travel on the front. The frame features internal cable routing, a chainstay protector, and Boost spacing.
The M50 version of the Orbea Alma comes with a Shimano Deore/SLX 12-speed drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 10-51T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through demanding terrain much easier. Shimano MT201 hydraulic disc brakes provide highly reliable stopping power so you can descend under control. OC1 25c tubeless-ready wheels are paired with Maxxis Ikon tires. The rims can be set up tubeless when paired with the right tires. This means you can ditch the tubes and drop the tire pressure for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats.

It wasn't that long ago that Ibis shook up the world of high-end mountain bikes with their release of their Ripmo AF; an aluminum version of the wildly popular Ripmo frame with a bit more attitude and ultra-smart budget build. Well, they've done it again but this time with the Ripmo's little sibling, the Ripley. Ibis is now offering a more aggressive alloy version of their more svelte and nimble 29er 120mm XC/trail bike. With this new AF iteration, the Ripley is no longer a slightly aggressive cross country/lightweight trail bike. Now the Ripmo and the Ripley are opposite ends of the same rowdy spectrum. The new Ripley AF, despite it’s size, is an extremely capable and rowdy trail bike.
