Birthed into the Intense family back in 1998, the Tracer has become an undeniable force on many race scenes. Over the years, it has seen various evolutions and editions that continuously place riders on the podium time and time again. This 2017 edition, surprisingly, has yet again improved on its already impressive predecessors. No doubt, it's a direct result of Jeff Stebers himself imparting a certain bit of magic into these new ponies that only comes from spending more of his time sitting in the designated dreamer and designer chairs.

With it's all new JS-Tuned Suspension system and Enduro Link, the 2017 Intense Tracer gains a tangible increase in playfulness and a pleasing "poppy" feel. With 12x148mm Boost dropouts, and no longer having to be designed around a front derailleur, the rear triangle is now symmetrical. The result being additional rigidity. Different shock and lower link placement help deliver an enduro racing specific suspension curve that took over a year and eight different test mules to perfect. JS-Tuning doesn't stop at suspension engineering. You'll also see Jeff Stebers aesthetic touch and eye for style in the Tracer's geometry, iconic "Hump" on the top tube, and in the frames alluring, "I look fast even when sitting still" lines. It also shines through in the paint. The Intense Tracer 2107 is a true best of breed, born into an American racing brand with "Podium Topper" essentially hand carved into its DNA.

Your Intense Tracer Expert will arrive at your doorstep with a Shimano XT 11 speed drivetrain to handle the gears and a set of XT hydraulic disc brakes controls the fears. A Race Face Turbine crankset helps deliver the pedal power straight to the Stans Flow wheels. Those get wrapped in Maxxis High Roller ll 2.35 inch rubber. The cockpit is comprised of an Intense Recon stem, Renthal FatBar and the Rockshox Reverb Stealth seatpost is topped with a WTB Silverado Race saddle.
