DROPPING THE WEIGHT
Dropper posts became popular with all-mountain and enduro-style bikes, but now they are widely used by all disciplines. There are dropper posts for XC bikes and gravel bikes now. The TranzX Hot Lap Lightweight Dropper Post is lightweight and has short travel. It's all about speed and is perfectly suited for gravel and XC riding. The 50mm drop is just enough to get the saddle out of the way when descending. The Hot Lap features a sealed cartridge, internal cable routing, and infinite adjust so you can set your saddle anywhere within the travel range.
