The Continental Mountain King V2 is designed for riding in hilly terrain and is perfect for mountain bike touring. The tread pattern features continuous central tread and grippy outer lugs that provide superior grip. It works best in dry, all-around, loose, wet, and some muddy conditions. With the BlackChili compound, the rolling resistance is improved by 26% and the grip is improved by 30%. The BlackChili Compound also increases the mileage of the tire. The Mountain King V2 also has ProTection technology which increases the puncture resistance of the tire.
