Enduro riding is all about getting to the bottom of the hill as fast as possible. With longer suspension and an aggressive frame geometry, these bikes can confidently descend at high speeds. The Pivot Firebird Ride SLX/XT Bike has modern geometry tailored for aggressive riding and has ultimate stability. A relaxed head angle, long reach, and generous wheelbase are the key ingredients of high-speed composure. The lightweight carbon fiber frame has size-specific ride tuning to ensure every rider from 5'2" to 6'9" has a bike that feels perfect and performs at the optimum level for their size. The frame uses 170mm of travel on the front and 165mm of travel on the rear. The frame is compatible with up to 29x2.6" or 27.5x2.8" tires so you can maximize your traction. The Firebird also features 12x157mm SuperBoost hub spacing, UDH rear derailleur hanger, internal cable routing, a water bottle mount inside the frame on all frame sizes, and an adjustable geometry flip chip upper link mount.

The Ride SLX/XT version of the Pivot Firebird comes with a Shimano SLX/XT 12-speed drivetrain. With a 32T chainring up front and a 10-51T cassette on the rear, you'll be able to climb with no issue and pedal through difficult terrain much easier. Shimano SLX M7120 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide superior stopping power so you can descend with confidence. DT Swiss M1900 alloy wheels are paired with Maxxis Assegai tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the size-specific dropper post, you'll be able to quickly lift and lower your saddle.
