Stages Cycling claims the Dash is the world’s most customizable head unit. Right out of the box, the unit is readied with pre-populated Activity Profiles to help you train with power, heart rate, and RPE. The Dash is designed to tell you how to get better. It features wirelessly synced workouts, on-screen explanations, and automated on-the-bike prompts. All your riding data is right at your fingertips through a high-contrast and high-resolution display. Once your ride is over, you will have access to a quick workout analysis including a comparative overlay of the prescribed workout and your actual ride.

*Basic Stages Link management and analytic software are included for free, with the option to upgrade to a powerful full-access version that offers deep yet simple to understand analytics, plus access to training plans and the revolutionary Link training plan builder.
