When you're using your indoor trainer, you'll want to stabilize your front wheel with a riser block. Not all riser blocks are built the same though. The Elite Su-Sta Adjustable Riser Block can simulate both flat terrain and slopes perfectly with anti-slip rubber feet. It features a unique design with 5 levels that lets you adjust the height of your front wheel to simulate hill climbs up to 6%.
