No compromise, that's what you get with the Leatt DBX 6.0 V08 Carbon Helmet. It's a super lightweight, carbon bicycle helmet designed for downhill and BMX use, and it features the company's 360° Turbine Technology for concussion and brain rotation safety. And it's all wrapped up in a shell that is smaller, very lightweight and super ventilated even at low speeds. So what's Turbine? Look for a reduction of head impact at concussion level, up to 30%, and also up to 40% reduction of rotational acceleration to head and brain. All told, this tech also leads to improved multi-impact protection. Its smaller volume reduces forces transferred to the neck. The multi density V-shaped impact foam, which is molded to the outer shell, significantly reduces G-forces transferred to the head and brain, and it's all shaped to allow use of the optional neck brace by Leatt.
